Invitation for tenders for the supply of furniture and equipment

The Ministry of Finance, hereby invite Tenders for the supply of Furniture and Equipment for the Fiscal Year 2008/2009.
Details and quantities are available upon request from the Procurement Unit of the Budget Division, located in the Old Government Buildings on Laborie Street, Castries. Catalogue, Brochures or Photos should be supplied with Tender and prices must be valid for at least six (6) months from date of Tender. Tender to be submitted in the format supplied by the Procurement Unit.
Prospective bidders are asked to note that Government is not obliged to accept the entire proposal from any one bidder.
Payment of goods supplied by successful bidders will be made following delivery of goods in keeping with Government Policy.
Tenders should be submitted no later than July 31, 2008, in a sealed envelope clearly written TENDERS FOR THE SUPPLY OF FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT and should be addressed to:
