Invitation for tenders for the supply of computers and printers

The Ministry of Finance is inviting Tenders for the supply of Computers and Printers.  The successful bidder will be required to install systems at no additional costs at various locations in the Public Service upon delivery.

Details and quantities are available upon request from the Procurement Unit of the Budget Division located in the Old Government Building on Laborie Street, Castries.

Prospective bidders are asked to note that Government is not obligated to accept the entire proposal from any bidder and that prices quoted must be valid for at least six (6) months from date of Tender.

Payment of goods supplied by successful bidders will be made following delivery of equipment in keeping with Government Policy.

Tenders should be submitted no later than July 31, 2008 in a sealed envelope clearly marked TENDERS FOR THE SUPPLY OF COMPUTERS AND PRINTERS and should be addressed to:

                        Central Tenders Board

                        Ministry of Finance

                        2^nd Floor, Financial Centre Building

                        Bridge Street

                        Castries

Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest on any Tender.
