REGULATIONS OF THE ORDER

21. The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Constitution, prescribing all matters that are required or permitted by this Constitution to be prescribed or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Constitution and in particular prescribing matters for or in relation to:

a. the government of the Order;

b. the insignia of the Order; and

c. investitures.
