Appointment of Secretary to the Tribunal of Appeal Commissioners for Income Tax

In accordance with Section 107 of the Income Tax Act Chapter 15.02, Cabinet has appointed Ms. Dara Modeste to serve as Secretary to the Tribunal of
Appeal Commissioners for Income Tax.

With immediate effect, all correspondence to the Tribunal shall be addressed to:
