Customs Notice to All Warehouse Keepers

N O T I C E

NO. 5 OF 2006

TO: ALL Warehouse Keepers

In preparation for the Electronic processing of warehousing declarations from May 8th 2006, Private Warehouse Keepers are requested to comply with the following by May 8th 2006:

1. Submit a stock account of their warehouse

2. Create one Guarantee Account with a single surety for the acts of :

1. Removal of Goods landed at one Port or Place for Entry at another port or place – C47

2. General Bond for the removal of warehoused Goods – C56

3. General Bond for securing duty on goods warehoused in a private warehouse or Customs area – C58
