OAS - GCUB SCHOLARSHIPS PROGRAM
The Department of Human Development, Education and Culture is pleased to announce the distribution of Verbal Note OAS/DHDEC-VN/24/2011 which informs regarding the scholarships offer between the Organization of American States (OAS) and Grupo Coimbra de Universidades Brasileras (GCUB). The programs will be taught in Portuguese.

Candidates whose native language is English or French, need to present a Language Certificate such as Celpe-Bras or a Portuguese course certification.
The Programs are financed with special funds according to principles similar to those contained in the Manual of Procedures of the OAS Scholarships Programs and the scholarship regulations of GCUB.
